How do I contact MNEE Pay support?

Merchants can contact support by: 

• Submitting a request through the support form 

• Emailing support@mneepay.com  

When contacting support with a transaction question, it is helpful to provide the following info:  

• Merchant ID 

• Unique transaction ID  

• Date/timestamp  

• Stablecoin and network info (if available) 

• Transactions hashes (if applicable) 

Note: MNEE Pay supports merchants only. Please gather this information directly from your customer before escalating.
