Does MNEE Pay have a sandbox environment where I can test transactions?

MNEE Pay does not currently offer a formal sandbox or test environment.  However, you can preview the module that is created and test function.   

Once your payment tool is configured and embedded on your site, we recommend completing a small test transaction to validate the checkout flow and confirm everything is working as expected.
