Are payments final? How do customer refunds work?

Stablecoin payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be reversed automatically. 

If you need to issue a refund, it must be handled manually by sending funds back to the customer’s wallet through your business’s refund process. 

Each merchant controls their own refund policy. We recommend clearly communicating refund terms to customers.
